No attorney-client relationship
Viewing this website, completing preliminary screening, requesting an appointment, or contacting Scarborough Law does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after the firm has completed appropriate review and accepted the engagement.
Preliminary website screening
Your contact details and submitted answers will be emailed to Xavier at Scarborough Law through Google Workspace. Cloudflare provides website hosting and spam protection. Calendly handles booking separately; your questionnaire answers are not included in booking links. Please send only general, nonconfidential information. Submitting this inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship or confirm an appointment. The firm receives your submission by email. These answers are not stored in a separate intake database. Email providers retain communications under their account policies. Ordinary hosting and spam-protection services may process technical access data. Do not include identifying details about a child, financial account information, or confidential case facts.
Scheduling and contacting the firm
If you choose to book a Discovery Call, the website opens a Calendly booking interface, where your contact and appointment details are handled by that service according to its policies and the firm's configuration. If you contact the firm by phone or email, your communications are handled through the applicable telephone or email providers. Ordinary website hosting may generate technical access logs.
Please do not share Social Security numbers, passwords, financial account numbers, medical records, sensitive information about minors, or confidential matter documents through preliminary screening, public email, or public event registration. The firm will provide an appropriate secure intake method when necessary.
Legal information and jurisdictions
Website materials provide general legal information, are not legal advice, and may not describe every legal requirement or subsequent change in law. Attorney services depend on jurisdiction, matter circumstances, and the firm's acceptance of the engagement. Texas-specific procedures do not describe Missouri law.
Updates
As the website's secure intake and native scheduling integrations are implemented, this notice will be revised to reflect the actual systems and data handling practices.
